Hi I have been taking ultramUltram Ultram er(tramadol) for about 2 years now. I take about 200mg per day as prescribed by my doctor. I have noticed in the past 6 months that I have been having two periods in a months time. Usually the periods are not painfulPainful menstrual periods like usual, no cramping usually. Sometimes alittle heavier. Does ultramUltram Ultram er or pain medication have an effect on this?
