Does Ultram effect menstrual cycle?

Hi I have been taking ultram(tramadol) for about 2 years now. I take about 200mg per day as prescribed by my doctor. I have noticed in the past 6 months that I have been having two periods in a months time. Usually the periods are not painful like usual, no cramping usually. Sometimes alittle heavier. Does ultram or pain medication have an effect on this?
