Does anyone know? Need advice.

would like to know this, I had an cat scan done reviewed it with my doctor and it showed that I still have a cervix which was removed during a hysterectomy more than 6 years ago. I have also a 3.0 x 1.8 cm cystic lesion of the right adnexa. An accessory splenic tissue that is between the spleen and pancreas plus fat on the falciform ligament and gallbladder. and bilateral renal lesions. What does all this signify? I also have slightly elevated RBC and Hematocrit and decreased lymphocytes.
