it is my 7th day and my sore throat is strep, with the red throat with white bump om the back, looks just like any google photo. i have an appiont soon but i also have rapid wieght loss and anxiety attack today whichc i havent had in almost 5 years. Today the blisters have a white/yellow puss in the middle and feel like going to burst. does herpes cause strep and wieght loss, my bf says its because I don't sleep and dont eat right but now im becoming scarely skinny I also found a cut in my clit that i never seen before slightly itchy, my vagina is so swollen i cannot get a Qtip inside, the outside of my entire vagina is turn a pastey white exept where the two blisters are, the one blister with the hair in it has gone paste white as well. i also got a cut in my anus when i looked it up ot says that it may be a fissure frim large dry poops or diarrhea, i have both the past 5 days and a little mucus which i read was part of it. Until today the 7th day i never had pain when urinating but wen it hit the now ***** blister it burned, i took a water bath nothing else and now when i pee no more pain, sgsin i have an appointment to get looked at im just scared. Is it possible that my bf would still not show signs even though i am?
Hello Shygurlsweetz,
Without sounding overly medical, you definitely need to get tested for Herpes (if anything to rule it out). And while I understand that you are monogamous with your boyfriend, it certainly don't preclude any involvement that he has had before you, or even while he is with you. I am not suggesting that he has cheated, but regardless of why the situation has occurred, herpes is very contagious, and once transmitted and you are incubated with the virus, it will not go away, but lie dormant when not in an outbreak.
There are no cures for Herpes simplex virus, (Type one or two) but there are treatments available to keep it under control along with minimize the duration of an outbreak.
The statistics show that 1 in 4 people in North America have the Herpes Simplex Virus. It is extremely common, and that is because it can be transmitted even before you realize you are having an outbreak. The virus is most contagious before a blister or lesion even shows, so this is why it is extremely important to make sure either partner is aware of the symptoms or if they have it.
In addition to anything I have mentioned, please keep in mind, that while I or others may have extensive knowledge in many areas, you should always seek professional medical advice from your own physician, as it pertains to medical conditions or concerns.
Good luck, and if you have any other questions that I can help you with, please feel free to message me directly.
Sincerely,
Sandi (Dragon1973)
