Don't know if I got pregnant before or after my pregnancy

Hi,
I am little bit of confused if when I got pregnant. I had sex with this guy at the 22March and the first day of my last period was on the 13th April and then I had sex with my boyfriend at the 5thMay then now I missed my period this May and I took a test on the 18th May and it was negative few days after I took a test again which is on the 24thMay and it was positive, who will be the father of my baby? I'm so confused! And I had my first ultrasound this 26thMay and it says I am 4-5wks pregnant but they didn't see any embryo or anything, so then I had another ultrasound on the 22nd June and it says I am 8 6/7wks pregnant. Please help me, I'm really confused.
