Doxycycline Hyclate Tablets & pregnant

I am pregnant unknowingly, and I have taken Doxycycline Hyclate Tablets for 7 days, almost 32 pills. I am 37 years old and this is my first baby. Now, I am worried about the side effects on my baby. Can I keep pregnant or not?

Thank you!

Today(Feb. 18), I went to the hospital and was examined with Ultrasonic. The inspection report: the gestational sac: about 17mm*10mm, Embryo bud about 4mm, able to hear heart beat. In the left  ovarian corpus luteum  visible, about 23mm*22mm.

The doctor said that the embryo was fine and everything now is fine. But when I asked about the possible influence of Doxycycline Hyclate Tablets and if I could keep the baby, she said nothing but "it depends on my own decision." Those words torture me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Doxycycline, like other tetracycline-class antibiotics, can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman. The use of drugs of the tetracycline-class during tooth development (last half of pregnancy, infancy, and childhood up to the age of 8 years) may cause permanent discoloration of the teeth (yellow-gray-brown). Results of animal studies indicate that tetracyclines cross the placenta, are found in fetal tissues, and can cause retardation of skeletal development on the developing fetus.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
