Drinking alcohol

Not sure which catergory to put this question under. But I am concerned. Have been in the habbit if having 2 or 3 alcoholic drinks every night  for several years. Now I really want to slow down, not quit having my evening cocktails all together. Any tips to help me ease into drinking less. Any advise would be most appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you are drinking? Maybe put 1/2 the alcohol in your drink. Spritz it up a bit w. a lemon and seltzer to make you feel as if you are drinking a cocktail. If its beer, what about a non-alcoholic beer? non-alcoholic wine? Some would say you may have an addiction but i will not comment on that since you simply asked how you could cut/slow down.
