Dull radiating pain in lower right pelvic region

I've been experiencing this dull radiating pain in my lower right pelvic region for about 6mths.  I have also been experiencing fatigue along with this as well.  I've gone to my gyno off and on for mths and she can't seem to figure out what it is.  She's increased my estradiol to 2mg daily as I had a hysterectomy 4yrs ago due to fibroids and infection.  This pain is constant.  I feel it standing up, sitting down, even while I'm laying down.  I am not sexually active.  So I don't know what triggers it.  I've just learned to ignore it but at times it lets me know its still there.  Most days it's about a 3:10.  On my worse days it's about a 8:10.  It never goes away.  Can someone help me?

Rule out obturator nerve entrapment. Diagnosis is by EMG. It is common with those who bicycle.

I'm so sorry you are in pain... What else has your doctor said or recommended? Have you had any tests done? I have heard of a lot of gynos basically ignoring some patients and just either putting them on something or upping the dosage and sending them out the door, I think you should at the least get a second opinion. You should never be in pain down there like at unless there's a reason, I would bring up high concern to your regular family doctor and this gyno, If she doesn't do anything else to look into it then please go to another high rated gyno in your area.
