How old is she? It's probably nothing to worry about. It's not uncommon to have odd periods for no reason at all. Sometimes they are late, sometimes they are early or sometimes you may just miss a month all together for no reason. If it keeps up over the next few months then she should check in with her gyn to make sure nothing else is going on.
