Early cycle?

Is it possible for a woman to start her cycle early? Like a week earlier for the first time? This is scary, it never happened before and I'm not sure if it's my cycle or something else that I should be worried about plz give me answers

Yup, completely normal. Periods are all over the place, and them being irregular or coming early/late seems to be more common then having a predictable cycle.

A woman's cycle is never precisely every 28 days. Sometimes it comes sooner, sometimes it comes later. Nothing to worry about.
