Early pregnancy symptoms

I am 16 years old my boyfriend and I had a little accident with a condom and I am concerned that I could be pregnant. It has only been 4 days so it is too early to take a HPT, but my breasts hurt, I feel nauseus, and when I put pressure on my abdominal area it feels tense. Almost tight. Could these be early symptoms of pregnancy?

I'm on birth control I have been for almost a year but I switched to a higher dose on Thursday. I'm probably freaking myself out, I just don't want to wait 3 weeks to find out. But I guess i don't have much other choice.

well, if it's been 4 days you wouldn't be feeling any pregnancy symptoms yet. you are probably stressing yourself out, which can make you actually feel pregnant. you're going to have to wait at least a couple weeks to take a test. the earliest most women get a positive is at 3 weeks, but i've seen women who don't get positives until way later. the best thing to do is relax, if you miss your next period, take a test and go from there. also, if not pregnant, you may want to ask your parents to get you started on birth control pills.
