Embarassing discharge

So recently, I've had A LOT of discharge. I always have, but for the past few weeks, it's been a lot. Sometimes I'll think that I started my period, go and check, and it's just discharge. But it's had this foul like fishy, just gross smell. And my discharge is, cottage cheese like (sorry if I gross anyone out haaha). I have a boyfriend and we've only had sex once and I almost don't want to again because I don't want him to think that I'm dirty or anything. I want to go to the doctor, but I don't wanna tell my mom why. Can anyone help me??

Ladies, this is definitely a bacterial infection; BV or Clamidia - you MUST go to the doctors and get it checked; the tampon and yogurt only cures yeast infections, if there is a fishy odor its more than likely BV which birth control and a new partner can trigger; the doctor will prescribe you a pill called flagyll or the cream version either prescription will cure the infection however keep an eye on this as i was on the pill and kept repeatedly getting BV and once i stopped taking the pill i stopped getting BV; i hope this helps.

Hey,
i was having the same problem!
i have no idea what it is , but i'll be in class and all of a sudden it feels like i just got my period , so i go and check but all it is is alot of creamy white discharge! and i noticed it smells like fish ! ( iknow its gross ) lol , but im wondering .. could it be a yeast infection?
because it has been itchy around there and my grandmother told me to dip a tampon in natural plain yogurt and insert it . and it helped ... try it ! im sure it will help you because it did help me . so now i can get things running with the boyfriend again lol

hope this helps

Yeah, I can go to planned parenthood. I will definitely go get checked out. Thank you so much. But, is there a chance that it could just be bacterial vaginosis?

if it has a green tint *redflag* condoms are suppose to prevent it but being that bodily fluids are being exchange its possible to still contract something...it could be clap and the only way 2 know for sure is making a dr appt...depending on how old u r u could go to planned parenthood but it will cost you...also until you find out 4 sure no more sleeping with any1 including this attractive boy

It's like a yellow green. I don't know how many partners he's had but I know it's been a few haha (small town, attractive boy) but we used a condom and I've had it happen before that but it's never been this bad. And I just recently got on birth control in September and got tested for guanorea and syphilis and I didn't have either.
