Endometrial Cells on Pap after Menopause
52 yo , five years post menopause with 2 yr history of  endometrial cells on pap.  Both years after the abnormal pap, I had additional paps and biopsies both years after the first pap and they show up normal.  Ultrasound shows polyp or cyst in uterine cavity.  No pain, no problems.  Scheduled for D&C and hysteroscopy,  These procedures were  recommended by one doctor and other gyn left the decision to have D&C up to me.     Previous left oophrectomy, cryosurgery and gyn problems many years ago.  Pap with abnormal endometrial cells both years were both obtained by the same PA.  Afraid surgery will create problems that I am not having.  Any suggestions, comments please..
