She said that the lines where supposed to be pink that half of the + was pink and the other half of the positive was a white line that she could definitly see.
If it was partially pink then it is more then likely a positive. She's just very early in the pregnancy. If it were me, I'd get another test and test today. Can't hurt. Dollar store has them. I never used Publix brand when I lived in Florida so I don't know how hight the HCG levels need to be to get a positive on those. Answer brand tests low and those are inexpensive. Walmart sells them for something like $7.00 for two tests.
I don't know if I made sense earlier. She said that the one line of the postive was pink and the other line that would make the positive it was white, no hint of pink. it kind of looked like an evaporated line but it was noticeable within a minute of testing. does this make sense :)
i wouldnt even go by that test. tell her to buy another because just last month i took an EPT and it was positive within 1 minute and i was not pregnant at all. they did an ultrasound at six weeks and they said it looked like i was going to have a priod sure enough i did. or at least the docs say i wasnt pregnant and i didnt have any signs of miscarriage because there was no bleeding but i did have constant cramping. so i would re test. i wish her the best. keep us updated.
Good luck to her!
