Excessive Itching

First, I'm going to list my symptoms for the past 3 months, then I'll list what I've attempted.

Symptoms:
-Itching/burning inside large labia, especially around the clitoris (does not go back towards anus or outside (exposed) part of the labia)
-slight clear discharge causing excessive moisture
-burning wakes me up at night
-small white clumps of "dried discharge"
-thick white milky discharge (cured)

Attempts at cure:
-monostat with itch cream (cured the thick white milky discharge)
-used entire tube of cream, helped only some, but no cure
-changing underwear 3 times a day (i wear properly fitting cotton underwear)
-using panty liners to help keep dry
-spraying clean warm water to wash away discharge and get relief (temporarily)
-tested negative for all STD's and HIV
-not sexually active since long before this started
-wearing tampons to catch any discharge before getting to the skin (didn't help)
-no change in laundry (never used fabric softener, and have used same dryer sheets and detergent for a year)
-I don't have any prescriptions to cause interactions

I need help!  I lost my insurance not long before this started, and my new insurance won't be re-instated until Aug 1.  I can't wait that long to go to the doctor.. I need relief!
