Extreme Breast Tenderness! HELP!

I am POSSIBLY 5 days late for my period (I have an irregular cycle 28-35 days), and I was completely thrown off by my ovulation symptoms this month, so there is definitely a week difference in which I ovulated. Anyhow, within the past couple days I have begun to have intense breast tenderness, soreness, PAIN, whatever you want to call it, and they have definitely become a lot fuller. Today is the worst by far. I usually have breast tenderness before my period, but not to this extent. I put a sports bra on because I needed the extra support, but the tightness of it made them a little more painful, that's how sensitive they are. There is a tingling sensation too. Has anyone else experienced this? Is pregnancy breast tenderness different from pregnancy breast tenderness?

yes, it is a major difference. my breast tenderness before my menstrual it barely even noticeable, but its a possibility that i could be pregnant, and my breast were extremely sore for all last a week straight, i had to remove my bra occassionally jus for sum type of relief. that pain went away on sunday night. im not expecting my menstrual until next week though so i hope that helps.....

Yes it is more intense as the days go on!!! I usually get tingley nipples and tender breasts the day before or on the first day of my period, but when I'm pregnant (this is my 5th pregnancy and 4th baby) I get it days before I am even due (or maybe I'm just used to the feeling by now LOL!) and I do a test before I'm even due which usually comes up +++ ! So if I were you and these are unusual symptoms for you DO A TEST - I wouldn't be surprised if it comes up +++ too!!! Keep us posted!
