I am just begging to realise that i may suffer from extreme pre-menstrual symptoms that have begun to seriously impact my life. About a week before my period i become extremely depressed and irritable to the point that i start fights that are sometimes quite irrational. It sounds like you are having a rough time. It is nice to hear that you are taking responsibility for your own actions. I am sorry for all the conflicts going on in your life. That can be hard.
You should see a doctor. They may draw your blood to test for various problems... hormones, lithiumLithium Lithium carbonate Lithium citrate count, thyroid... there are many things that can cause the behaviors your are demonstrating. If it is only happening around your menstrual cycle (AF) time, then definitley tell your doctor. They can perscribe something to help you. AND that is commonCommon cold. If they don't, you can always talk to a psychiatrist. Sounds like you need to get your life back in controlControl Control rx. Do whatever you have to do before you get sucked into a downward spiral. That can be a rough ride.
