A great website is the American Pregnancy Association. If you google "foods to avoid during pregnancy" it will take you there. Foods to avoid include; Deli meats, high mercury fish, dyed fish (salmon), smoked salmon (loc), smoked seafood, raw meats, undercooked meats, any cheese or milk that is unpasturized or not labeled "pasturized", soft cheeses like "Brie, Camembert, Roquefort, Feta, Gorgonzola and Mexican style cheeses that include queso blanco and queso fresco, unless they clearly state that they are made from pasteurized milk" (American Pregnancy Association).
Caffeine, Chocolate, and any food, sweet, or candy with alcohol or stimulant. Moderation and once and a while really wouldn't harm the fetus but again it depends on your current health and consumption prior to becoming pregnant. Best of luck!

The big no-nos:  Anything that will give you listeria, anything that will give high mercury levels or pcp levels, or salmonella.   Alcohol.  Other drugs.  Caffeine in more than very light doses.  Too much sugar.
