Falling apart after turning 32

I'm a 32 year old female. I recently over the past 3 to 4 months have had dizzy spells where I will just almost fall over to the left side. I've also been having spells were my heart is racing. I went last week to the eye doctor because I'm seeing what looks like a spot light in my right eye with spider webs over my eye. I've had a chest cough that feels like something in my lungs for about 1 month that just will not go away. Yesterday my legs started to swell and today they are going to sleep. I really feel like I'm falling apart. Is this just something that will pass or should I have it checked out?

With just one of those symptoms alone, I would probably say to just wait and see, but with all of them combined it could be indicative of something serious.  The dizziness and seeing spots would be the most worrisome because you definitely wouldn't want to pass out while driving.

Are you diabetic? One night we were playing cards and then all of a sudden my cousin couldnt see and then he passed out.after taking him to hospital come to find out he is diabetic he is 34 and he did mention he had been having spills for months and never told anyone.Get it checked ASAP

My mother had a lot of similar symptoms and just got diagnose with diabetes last week.  I wouldn't wait to get it checked out.
