Fat pubis

I'm 14 and I know it's a bit young to be thinking about this but i'm really embarrassed about my fat pubis, I'm really shy when I wear leggings e.t.c, I wouldn't say I am overweight but i'm normal, has anyone got suggestions on any excersizes on how to reduce the fat? Or would I have to wait till I'm 18 and surgery?

Hi,

I'm not really sure there is anything you can do about it on your own.  At 14 though, your body is still growing and will change in the next few years so please keep that in mind.  You may not need to have something as extreme as surgery at 18 because there is a good chance it may change by then, or you may come to accept it, not be as bothered by it, or be more confident in your body by then.  Hope this helps, good luck :)
