Female Bulge

Ever since I can remember, the top of my vagina has been extremely large, causing a bulge in my crotch area . It's extremely embarassing when I wear bikini bottoms and yoga pants as you can see the bump through tight clothes. It's causing me much anxiety over becoming intimate with a guy as well. Can anyone tell me what they think this is and if there is any way besides surgery to get rid of it? Help Please! :)

Have you gone to a doctor?  If it is just excess adipose tissue (fat, an uglier word), then you may be able to have it removed with liposuction.  Is is hard or soft?  

As I have gained weight over the years, I noticed that mine is doing the same thing.  However, as I lose weight, it gets smaller.

I don't know your body type, so I am unsure if this could be your issue as well.
