You don't really have a "fever". A slightly higher temp during pg is totally normal.

Because of elevated progesterone (its a heat producing hormone) and other hormones that rise during pregnancy, pregnant women sometimes have higher temperatures than normal.
I wouldn't take too much of the Tylenol and I wouldn't worry too much. But, if you're very concerned, of course talk to your regular Dr. about it.
Good luck!
I went a doctor(Friday) he's not my ob (my ob is out of town) he's just a family practice dr. He told me that I should be okay and not to worry. I don't normaly go to him. He is just someone that could get me in at the last min. I just started taking tylenol today. I am hoping my ob doctor is in Monday.
Have you tired to lower it. Tylenol is okay when pregnant. If it doesn't go away after say two doses of the tylenol I would go and get checked out. You can try things like icepacks in the arm pits and cool clothes on the back of the neck to reduce the fever. Drink plently of fluids like water or Poweraid or something with some energy in it. Make sure that you are urinating normally or more than normal and that it doesn't smell or burn. Bladder infection are common because you get sick of peeing all the time you hold it in and that can cause bladder infections causing the fever. Keep an eye on it.
