Three days ago I woke up and had extreme nausea with pain in my head, later that day I had protected sex (used a condom), which I felt fine during, and now three says later I am still nauseous with pain in my head, but now I have vaginal bleeding that started within the last hour and diarrhea. What could be going on? Thank you!
