Four years of vulavar irritation

I started getting a constant irritation throughout my first pregnancy following a genital viral infection. One doctor said herpes and one said not herpes. The third doctor said hormones and it would go away after I give birth. Well, my daughter is four now and still no answers. I had a blood test for herpes and it came back negative. For the past year it only happens for two weeks before I start a period including a heavy discharge. After I start my cycle the burning and irritation goes away and all goes back to normal til next time. I am so confused and depressed. It's really starting to effect my marriage. I feel like my husband has had enough with me having to say no for two weeks out of the month. Not including the weekly cycle. I'm scared there is something underlining that is not being discovered. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or feed back. Thank you so much for reading this.
