Frustration! Worried!

Ok so I am irregular.  I havent had a period since January 2013. I noticed I was spotting, which started on Nov. 4. I thought maybe it was my period, but it was just to light I did not have to wear a pad.  Well this spotting has been going on for a month already.  2weeks ago I took two pregnancy tests.  Both came out positive. Faint lines but strong enough to see. I visited Dr. And got a negative urine test.  I went in last week for a blood test but it was negative As well.  Im just thinking could there be a slight chance  I could be pregnant.  Im 27 with no kids.  Been pregnant once but had miscarriage at 4 months 6 years ago.  Didnt even know I was until 3 1/2 months.  Im just scared.  Thanks a bunch for any replies.

Thank you for your response.  I had done a thyroid disorder test.  I had no issue there.  I did get tests done long time ago and I do have a hormonal problem.  I produce more testosterone then estrogen.  They wanted to put me on the pill but i am against it.  I have tried it once for a few months at the lowest dose possible and it made me very sensitive and emotional.  I could not deal with it.  I did get my period though regularly, but the pill was not for me.  As far as diet and exercise.  I have notice that when I exercise I do get my period for a few months more out of the year then usual.  I have been exercising for the past 4 1/2 months and taking vitamins.  Maybe all this spotting are signs of a period about to come. I still am spotting.  Not everyday, but only comes when I do any type of drinking or workout. I do drink once a week to every once every 2 weeks. But with two positive tests all I can do is wait right now and take another test in a few weeks.  After I take the test, then I will go get another examination of the doctor.  I will keep you posted.

Hello,
You should get secondary amenorrhea ruled out. Secondary amenorrhea is when a woman who has had normal menstrual cycles stops getting her monthly period for 3 or more months.

Causes of secondary amenorrhea include stress and anxiety, malnutrition, depression, overexercising, sudden weight loss or gain (obesity),thyroid disorders and hormonal imbalance due to polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Smoking is also associated with secondary amenorrhea. Sometimes tumors of the ovaries and brain may also cause absence of menstruation.

Some of these causes are modifiable like if you are having stress then yoga and meditation and antianxiety medicines can help you out. Eat regular healthy, nutritious food and indulge in moderate exercises. If still the symptoms do not improve, then consultation from a doctor is required to rule out PCOS or thyroid disorder.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
