Gall Bladder removal

A year ago i had my Gall bladder removed and after that i would throw up bile occasionally. It use to happen once every few months but now it has increased and is happening like six times a month. I wake out of a dead sleep and feel right drained and my right arm feels tingling and i have to run to the bathroom immediately. Every time I get this feeling i immediately know i am going to throw up the bile again. It is a dark yellow color. Someone else who had there Gall Bladder removed told me it was normal. Is it?
