Gas bubble in vagina

I gave birth to my 4th child 5 months ago.  On my firts child I had a 4th degree tear, and on the other 3 births i have had 2nd degree cuts.  I keep having angas bubble feeling in my vagina area, light headedness, and abdominal cramping.  Is this normal, or a problem?  I called the doctors office 3 months after birth and the nurse got snotty with me and stated that i still had alot of healing to do.  This just does not feel normal and i did not have this after the first 3 deliveries.  It is hard enough to care for 4 small children, but this just compliactes things. I feel so frustrated.

Good afternoon. Unfortunately I have this as well, this blasted bubbles thing and it's infuriating. I have a Doctor who has been a doctor for 25 years and has never heard of it, and he's trying to get me to have x-rays et cetera to find it to be anything else but that, wasting my time in other words. Now the good thing is I have been put on Co-Codamol tablets -  which have helped a lot. Numbing it.
Back to the doctor, I said I wondered if there was a tear between the front and back passages, and he said that that wasn't possible to cause the sort of thing, but there are not many other answer is coming up.  As my periods have finished, it's a bit dryer there, and when I had sex with my partner it was really uncomfortable and I bled so much afterwards and it started after that. Now somebody else has mentioned a tear and I am even more certain that that could be possible, which could collect air bubbles or even hold a bit of pee inside a nook that  could have been created, and in fact it's not an air bubble but that instead.
The only sway about that is that I also had it before ever having sex from the ages of around 13 to 20. This is where am I working it out, or trying to, please meet one of the path.
I'm really peeved with my useless doctor but there doesn't seem to be many others who have heard of this either. I hope this has been of use to somebody, there is obviously a specific problem and it doesn't seem to have a specific name and I wish somebody medical would look into it and work on it and I'm going to try to find somebody who will.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Air bubbles in vagina can be due to gas forming bacteria like clostridium infecting vagina or due to rectovaginal fistula. A vaginal swab can help in confirming the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
