I know you are supposed to drink something like 8 glasses of water a day. I drink a lot of V-8 juice, 1-2 cups veggie, 2-6 fruit, between 2-6 cups of greenGreen tea tea a day, 1-3 glasses of milkBreast milk Breast milk jaundice Lactose intolerance Nipple discharge - abnormal, and 1 or 2 glasses of water with lemon. Does all of that count as the proper amount of fluid I'm supposed to get or do you have to include more water with that?
Thanks
The idea is to drink plain water. 8 glasses of just water a day to help hydrate and clean out your system. i would also average things out over the week. Most people don't drink three glasses of milkBreast milk Breast milk jaundice Lactose intolerance Nipple discharge - abnormal. It is dairy products so yogurt and cheese count towards those servings. People do think that having a couple of cups of coffee and soft drinks count as their fluid intake but actually you need to drink twiceTwice-a-day as much water if you are drinking those types of things
