· Soap for nocturnal leg cramps: SimplySimply sleep place a bar of soap, unwrapped, under the bottom sheet of your bed near your legs. This remedy takes effect immediately.
· Castor oil for arthritis: Rub a small amount of castor oil into the affected joint or joints, morning and night. May take effect immediately, or full results may not be seen for up to four days.
· Cherries for gout: Eat six to 10 cherries daily as a preventive or 10 to 15 at the start of and during of the gout attack. Reduces the length and pain of the attack.
