Growth in labia

Yesterday I noticed a small growth in my labia.  It is not visible but I can feel it, it is a little smaller than the size of a pea and i can move it around a bit.  There is very little to no pain when i put any pressure on it.  Yesterday I had irregular bleeding but this happens to me every so often, just spotting really and it eventually goes awaw within the day.  I am a 20 yr old female and I am not sexually active in any sense of the word.  i was just wodnering if anyone knows what this is because it is making me pretty nervous and i would rather avoid going to the doctor.  Thank you for any help in advance.
