HCG Level

Hi there!  Well I have been to the Dr., kind of disappointed.  All he did was send me for bloodwork and schdule an OB appt. and ultrasound for next week.  I finally got the results from the first round of bloodwork and the HCG level was 336.  My LMP was Oct.22, The Dr. said I was 5 wks.  I am not sure when I ovulated, I was never able to pin point that exactly.  I know you really need at least 2 numbers to see how  things are going, but I was thinking they would be a little higher.  Should I be concerned, they said it just means it is very early.  This will be a very loooong weekend!!

336 at 5 weeks is excellent.  I'm sure things are going to be fine.

mine was 492 at 6 weeks and mine was an eptopic yours sound good.

My hCG level at around 5 wks was only 17.7! I miscarried 3 days later ): That was 2 wks ago. I just had a pap and doc said my uterus doesn't feel "squishy" like it should in non pregnant women...so I was sent for a quantitative hCG blood test again! She suspects possible early pregnancy. I am SO confused!! Anyhow, those numbers are good for where you're at. Good luck!!

When I was pregnant with my perfectly normal son, my hcg levels didn't double and triple as they normally do early in the pregnancy!  But, he grew just fine, and is 4 and absolutely fine!
