HCG and miscarriage question

Hi I had a miscarriage about 3.5 weeks ago, I was 4 weeks along. I am wondering how long it takes for an HCG level to return to normal or negative. I took a Pregnancy test yesterday and It has come out positive. I was wondering can You ovulate with a hcg with is a little elevated. I have been intimate with my husband since the miscarriage.  How soon can i become pregnant after this miscarriage as well. I know there are alot of question. I hope someone can help me. Thank you. You should have your doctor keep checking your HCG levels.  Some women get pregnant within a couple weeks of a miscarriage it all depends on how long it takes your body to ovulate again.  I didn't ovulate until my second cycle after and I got pregnant on that cycle.  I also had a problem with my numbers dropping and then 3 weeks later they rose again because my body didn't release everything the first time. So I think it would be in your best interest to let your doctor know you have a positive test again, and have them check your levels. See if they are dropping or rising, and if they are rising they will want to do an ultrasound to see if it's a new pregnancy (they will have to wait until you would be 6-7 weeks if its a new pregnancy to see anything)

i had a miscarriage a 6 days ago and my hcg levels were 429 theay are already down to 100 so they drop pretty quik my doc said usually a week and a half they are back to normal you are probably pregers
