HCG levels
If you have a DNC performed when levels are at 8000. Is it possible your body still has can test positive for a pregnancy test when administered after 4 weeks?
I do know it takes time for your levels to go down. The best way to check it is to have an HCG draw to measure the levels, not just a urine test. If it continues to stay positive, with no movement, it could mean that all the tissue wasn't removed. My levels weren't that high when I had my D&C, so at 6 weeks I was back at 0.
