HELP - rough sex resulting in yeast infection, uti, and legions now as white bumps

I recently slept with a new partner upon breaking up with a previous partner who was my first.. and we were monogomous for 2 years.
i didn't use protection with the new guy... the first time we had sex was a week ago and it was very rough and very very dry. i was extremely sore the next morning and noticed redness, swelling, etc. from the sex. it was painful to urinate -
id had uti's before.. the females in my family tend to get them - but the pain felt different - it hurt to urinate as it burned the lesions on my inner labia. it only hurt on one side where i could clearly see more redness than the other side.
i then noticed that these lesions were all lined up, 3 of them along one side.. i still thought they were tears and put vaseline on them to help ease the pain.
we then had sex again a couple days ago and i was dry again and it was much gentler but still very irritating. after sex it killed to pee and the pain got exponentially worse. i noticed the sores to be a deeper red.
i went to walk-in clinic yesterday and the doctor said i have a yeast infection, and a uti as well a lot of inflamed raw areas/lesions.
she did say it was odd that the cuts were all lined up - and i am thus waiting for results for any stis aka herpes which i should get within the next few days.

my partner and i never talked about past relationships/ sexual experience before we had sex.. hedonistic, i know.   although since this we've now spoken about it and he reassures me hes clean and would not intentionally give me anything - hes also getting himself checked. i trust him completely.
but i know some things go unnoticed in males and his immune system may be stronger than mine.

today, however. i noticed that the once red cuts/holes have been covered with white now - there are more of them then the original 3 sores.. maybe i had more cuts than i knew about originally?
the original 3 no have a sore on the other labia where i did notice redness earlier... and another closer to the opening of my vagina on the same side as the first 3.

to describe - they look very similar to canker sores.
this scares me as im reading more about herpes i realize that this resembles a part of the herpes process.

with the yeast infection and uti all of my symptoms sort of coincide so its difficult to tell if i have symptoms specifically of an sti.
no irregular smell/discharge (except for the yeast)

im also very nauteous, but that could be from the medication and the 16 hour car drive today (to florida on vacation. a great time to come down with something like this, don't you think?)

my stomach has descended from bloating, feel very uncomfortable... pelvic pain, blah..
i need help.

- in the meantime does anyone know what i should put on these other than vaseline to take down the pain of these lesions?

- is it normal for cuts from rough sex to heal similarly to herpes?

- are there any home remedies or medicines that you would suggest to speed up the process of healing my yeast infection quicker (im on that pill that begins with the f... i took one yesterday and i take another in five days)

- do yeast infections cause sores - or do you think the combination of everything going on with me right now could make me develop vaginal sores around the original cuts?

thank you for taking the time to read this.. i appreciate it greatly
i just want to feel back to normal again

dont you hate being a woman sometimes??

take care, estel

I went to the hospital and got diagnosed with a UTI... And now I have a sore down there that looks like a cabcker sore on the inside of my labial.. Could this be herpes.. Cause I thought they start out as blisters.? Also it doesn't hurt or painful just a little itchy.. But it did start off as like a cut now is white..

It would probably be the 5th time I had sex with my new boyfriend. I'm 18, he is 22.  It went on for about 2 hours and it was pretty rough. We don't use condoms but I get very wet so usually no damage is done but after the last time we had sex I didn't get a chance to pee right after, by the time I got home 3 hours passed. I felt sore but that was usual. The next day it felt like I had paper cuts down there. It also burned when I peed. Sore muscles too. The next day it looked like the small cuts became white heads and some sores were on the inside of the inner lips of my vagina. I laid in a hot bath and used antibacterial soap then put baby powder on it and went to bed. I haven't been wearing any tight clothing and try to lay in bed a much as possible so nothing irritates it any more. After reading alot on the Internet, I daignosed myself with a yeast infection. I've had uti's before but this fealt different. My symtoms don't seem to be like those of any STD. I doubt my partner gave me anything but it's always possible. He took an STD test about 6 months ago and only had one partner since. I bought the monistat combo pack use the wipes , inserted the ovule and used the cream on the irritated area. It burns a little and ithes more than before but this morning I woke up with some releif, the pimple like sores are healing. My vagina is slightly swollen and it still burns to pee but they say it will be completely gone in 3 days so I'm hoping. I can't go to the gyno because my parents will find out. I will probably get an STD test later on this month just to be sure and I don't plan on having sex for a while. If anyone has similar symtoms or some advice please let me know. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about the results you got back.

Your situation is extremely similar to mine, hopy my result does not come back the same.

I had really rough and lots of sex with condoms for about a 14hour period.  Basically had intercourse 6 times using 9 condoms.  (SAME GUY)

The next day I felt some irritation but thought nothing of it.
two days later I started feeling an itching sensation, but again thought nothing of it...figured it was small tears healing.  Should've looked.
Three days later i came down with a 102.3 fever and started feeling extemremely itchy and started to put some feminine itch cream on it...again should've looked down there.
Four Days later, fever elevated to 103 and then dropped.  Started feeling pain so I finally looked down there and noticed sores like the one you described, nothing like the herpes pictures I've researched.
Day 5 finally went to the doctor...should've went earlier!  By now the pain was unbearable to sit or pee.  The doctor looked and tested.  He said i probably had a UTI at the very least and possibly a bacterial outbreak.  He tested the lesions for Herpes (pending results back right now, only on Day 6).  I was given antibiotics to treat bacteria, herpes medication just in case, yeast infection pill just in case, and a topical ointment to numb the area of the pain.
It still hurts like crazy at the end of the day of day 6.  i apply my ointment every 4 hours and pop motrin to ease the pain.  I haven't noticed anything new and nothing is crusting over.  I had an STD test about a month 1/2 ago and everything came back negative then.  I have been with the same partner, and although we used condoms this past weekend we have had sex without it a couple of times since the test.

I trully hope that my test for Herpes comes back negative, my fingers are defintiely crossed.  If not I know it is my own fault for not taking better precautions all the time, and I will have to figure out how to break it to him.  Seeing as they say STD tests are not 100% positive for Herpes, I can't necessarily blame him as it may have been dormant in my body for some time.

I wish the best to anyone out there that may be experiencing something similar.  In the end, I wish I would've seen a doctor by Day 3 when my fever escalated and their was pain.  Lessons learned sometimes aren't the easiest but if you can inform someone else than maybe they are worth it.

I have had a similar situation occur with me this week.  My boyfirend and I had dry sex which made me very sore.  The next day I looked and I had little cuts near my hole, almost looked like paper cut. This was followed by a yeast infection.  Before the discharge from the yeast infection showed up I was freaking out because I thought it might be herpes, but it looks nothing like the pictures I have seen of herpes, I don't have symptoms as bad as those that occur when you have herpes and the sores havent crusted or scabbed.  The sores looked like little canker sores but with a long narrow line down the middle.  I have an aloe vera plant which I've been putting on the cuts and it seems to be helping them heal, is there anything else I can put on it?

Are you sure you got it from the guy you recently started seeing? If so that was really wrong of him not to tell you he had it.

Hey I really hope your tests come out okay. From what I've read, typically herpes appear as blisters, open, and crust over while healing. It usually takes 2-20 days after exposure to experience an outbreak. Herpes is a strange virus that effects everyone differently. Try not to worry while waiting for your results. I know it is hard. I had a REALLY bad yeast infection that resulted in tears, so it is possible that this is NOT herpes. It is VERY common in severe yeast infections for tears or abrasions to occur. I freaked until my blood test came back negative. You should know that the blood tests are not accurate until at least 4 months after you've been exposed. No relationship is worth putting your physical and mental welfare in jeopardy. I say ditch the guy until you figure out what's up.

it really sounds strange that you would get a yeast infection, uti, and sores from this guy.sounds like this guy has more going on then he is willing to admit.one thing for sure, i wouldnt have sex with this guy anymore or at least until you found out what is going on.a qualified doctor should be able to identify if these are herpes sores.you really need to see a doctor,to make sure this isnt something serious.i wouldnt put anything on the sores it may irritate them more. i once had many sores from using feminine spray, they burned so bad i couldnt sleep. finally i went to the emergency room and they gave me this stuff to put in my bath, and the sores all dried up.be careful no one is worth risking your life over. make sure and have guys use a condom from now on.

I do hate being a woman...often! I have small boobs (big deal for guys) and my ex husband gave me herpes type II. Check yourself for herpes, because I have irritation, infections and itching ever since I found out about the herpes. I'm not sure if he gave me something else that causes the irritations...or are they the result of herpes.
