HELP positive digital test

I had a laproscopy about 1 1/2 months ago. I quit taking my birth control pills and have been having active intercource. I had my last period on July 8th. I have been feeling sick. I can smell everything times ten, I am tired. I took a digital clear blue easy to make myself feel better and it said pregnant. I took two other brands and they were negative. According to the ovulation calculator I do not even ovulate until July 22nd. Could I be pregnant?

were there even FAINT lines on the other 2 tests? i'd schedule a blood test...i've never heard of the digital tests being falsely +/-...thats weird...i'm sorry i cant be more helpful...maybe the other ladies can help...i know last summer, i was getting super faint, but immediate + results from "answer" tests, but i took the clear blue digital, and got a neg...and a blood test said - also...good luck...

They were not faint. There was nothing.
I am freaking out playing the waiting game. It is my birthday this weekend and already have a party scheduled. People are going to wonder why I am not having my normal cocktail.
I called the doctor and she said they would do a urine test.

i made an appointment for august 2nd.
i am just very worried and my husband is very excited, he thinks he is the man. I do not want to hurt his feelings.
we are going to keep on trying today is supposed to be my first fertile day according to all the sites.

you should be able to request going in for just a blood test. that is the only way to know for sure if you did not want to wait until august 2nd.  good luck.

My OB/GYN does blood tests/urine tests on Thursdays, the day the Dr is in sugery.  That way if you are pregnant they can get all your paper work done, blood work etc.  Then you go in for a regualar visit and you are in and out from then on out.  I got 3 "Pregnants" From clear blue digital.  Check out peeonastick.com

i quit taking my pill on after only 6 was gone from the pack. does this mean i may have had an egg waiting to come out and still bleed because of decrease in hormone levels?
I have a ton of medical expenses from medical last month. I am trying to avoid the doc as long as I can. When I called I did not talk to the doctor but the receptionist out front. Maybe I should have insisted a blood test, but after the negatives I am not sure if it is needed.

If you have a result you aren't sure of, wait a few days and test again.  If you are pregnant, the levels should rise enough by then to be easily positive.  When you stop the pill early in the pack, it's not uncommon at all to ovulate early.  

The urine tests at the doctors are no different than the ones you buy.  I've heard of ladies here getting a false positive on a digital, though it's not common at all.  Take another one in a few days, be sure it is a sensitive, name brand one.  If you still aren't sure, get a blood test.

I took another test today and still negative it was one from the dollar tree. I went and bought a ton of them. I also bought some ovulation tests. I took both and they were both negative. Weird.

Try buying a better brand like ept, or another digital to see if it comes up positive again.

I read on web md that it was possible to ovulate while on your period and we were very active during AF. We just started being able to do it again.

I broke down and bought another digital.
It was negative this afternoon. I have not told my husband yet, he has already been feeling on my belly.
I guess we will keep doing it everyday until it happens. Something that we bought believe in so I guess there will be no pressure.
