HELP

i I'm 29. Mother of 2. For the last 7 months I've had two tiny (size of an ant combined) solid red spots in my vagina. Located on the left just inside the entrance. The spot is flush to my skin and very painful. It burns. It's painful to touch. My Pap tests are normal. I've been tested for EVERY STI including HSV and HIV. I'm positive only for HSV1 (cold sores) and though I know you can also get HSV1 in genitals, this pain has never gone away or decreased. No doctor believes it is HSV but as a precaution, I was treated with Valtrax TWICE with no change. And HSV does not ever last more than a few weeks. I did however have the very first doctor 7 months ago, tell me it's either HSV or Cancer.
5 months ago my rectum began to burn. The same sensation. It looks like it may be irritated/a little red but nothing notable. For the last 3-4 months I've been experiencing an burning/sleeping/tingling sensation through out my entire body. Legs, feet, arms, especially the back of my neck scalp and face. Imagine the most painful "sleeping foot" waking up. I do realize I may be dealing with more than one unrelated issue, I just really think they are related. My blood work is normal but I haven't had any tests beyond that. A doc threw out fybromyalgia, MS, but nothing that can explain everything.
I can't find a doctor to take me seriously. It's just a tiny unexplained spot so not a big deal to them. I am in so much pain every single day. I moved away from my home. I'm in a new area with no family doctor and a quality if health care lower than what I am used to. I now have to sleep only on my back as the pressure of closed legs is unbearable. I only take Advil as I dislike drugs. Some vaginal relief from cold fingers or cloth.
I am very clean though I stopped using all soaps and feminine cleansing products down there. I bathe twice weekly in baking soda in addition to daily showers.
Someone please help me. Any ideas on what I could be experiencing? How to get doctors to listen? What tests to demand?

We are not doctors here and this is best left to a professional who examines you.  You've seen a doctor and they are not finding it to be cancer so do not panic.  If you want a second opinion, please schedule that.  But again, this is the internet and no one here is a doctor or knows what is going on with you.

I am sorry you are having this discomfort.  Please follow up.  I do know someone with HSV of the genital area that describes pain such as you do.  good luck

This sounds like a pain that has disseminated over time. This could very well be indicative of a cancer. The vagina to rectum positional metastasis is characteristic of cancer. The tingling can be explained by nerve cancer or compression of the nerves by metastases. A PET scan is a good idea. If your local doctor is not taking you seriously, drive to the next town to see a different doctor.
