I had an HPV scared last year! not fun!...You say you have found out you are hpv +...did you find this out through having an abnormal pap smear, followed by an hpv test?...or did you just have an abnormal pap?
anyway it doesnt matter...if you have hpv..and u had the dna typing test done, then your doctor knows what strain you have and if you do not have a serious strain then they may just do a repeat pap(dont worry about it!)....with most people hpv clears on its own..it RARELY causes cervical cancer, unless you do not do what your doctor tells you, and get paps when they tell you too..hpv CAN cause warts..but most of the time doesnt..
there's different strands...dont worry about im sure your doctor knows whats up!
