Had a nova sure 2 weeks ago and now have period and pain????

I have had heavy bleeding for years and was so excited to get the nova sure ablation, but now I have my period going on seven days again and lots of discomfort with headache and achiness, is this normal, my doctor says wait it out until next week, but I am feeling really bad, anyone have anything like this?

I had the Novasure and bled for 27 days afterwards. My OBGYN old me the bleeding was due to the surgery and not a period. It did stop after the 27th day and the treatment lasted for nine months. I am scheduled next week to have a full hystorextom as I started blleding on the ninth month and have not stopped. My surgeon has had me on 2 Birth Control pills a day. I have numerous Fibroids and 1 cyst on a ovaey. If your heavy bleeding returns do not wait too long before deciding to have it all out. You can't imagine what other organs you can ruin while waiting for your problem to go away. Good luck
