Hair Loss and Acne

I have been trying to figure out what is going on with my body for the last year and a half. When I got engaged I was very stressed and started loosing my hair. I also switched birth control brands at this time so had blood tests done to see what was going on but they said all came back fine and it was probably stress. I started on Rogaine and after about 6 months, the hair loss stopped and all seemed fine though I did have chest pains, went to a cardiologist, had a CAT scan and he said it was just stress. Wow. Then, my husband and I moved to France. Again, hair loss. I started back on the Rogaine and just waited it out. It stopped after about 3 months. I also got very fatigued while in France for a period. I was thinking maybe I have chronic stress - adrenal fatigue at this point? I don't know. I didn't have insurance so I couldn't really go get it checked out. I started eating less gluten and dairy and I did feel better I think and didn't have anymore intestinal issues (I would have random bouts of diarrhea maybe every 2 weeks or month after eating certain meals out). That stopped. I also got off Yaz to try to balance out my hormones naturally and because we want to have kids in the semi near future. About 2 months after getting off BC, I started having breakouts on my forehead and back. They were small at first and not that big of a deal but now it's really bad on my back and kind of better on my face. I use a natural face wash and benzoyl peroxide lotion every day. It's not getting better on my back. What is causing this? I've been off BC for about 3 months now and thought surely it would clear up if it was from hormones. Now after returning to the states, I again have hair loss and continues acne. I'm so over this. This is not normal. Stress is a part of life and I really don't feel super stressed. Why does my hair continue to fall out and why do I have acne when my skin was perfectly clear before. Yes, I would maybe have one or two pimples at a time consistently before but this is a whole new ballpark. Hair is starting to be very thin with a lot of super short hairs. Back is embarrassing and not getting better. Help please!
