Hard bumps on my pubic area :(

Hello for the past month ive had this rash on my pubic area at first i thought if was follicilitis from shaving but it hasnt went away, its lik a circle of really hard bumps and sometimes when ut gets itchy and i scratch it becomes painful. Pleas help :(

From the symptoms it can be folliculitis, cysts, molluscum or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Diagnosis of genital warts is usually clinical, made by visual inspection. Genital warts can be confirmed by biopsy but Sometimes we can use an enhancing technique called acetowhitening. This technique involves the application of 5% acetic acid solution to the area of suspicion for about 5-10 minutes. Infected areas will turn white. You can get it done.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. Thank you. Wel its been kind of clearing up, but theres still two bumps, i dont kno if this makes a difference but its kind of under my skin and when i pinch then its like a ball? Its on my pubic area above, not the vagina

From the additional information, it looks like folliculitis skin. Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle. In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph).

Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.
