Hard uterus? Help?

First off, my job requires me to be very active, a few nights ago ((on a very busy night)) I noticed the area where my uterus is was very hard, it hasn't gone away since then. Whenever i cough or sneeze it gets tight and hurts a little. I shouldn't be getting my period for another week or so and my breasts are swollen too (which could easily be from my period being so near). but I have never had this happen before, and i don't want to do nothing, but at the same time i don't want to freak out and get a bunch of tests done and have it be nothing. Help please, any ideas would be a savior.

If it is still there AFTER your period (if you get it), then you should go see the doctor.
Ive had that before my period, guess its just the uterus lining getting thick, BUT if it doesnt dissapear after your period, go get it checked, could be a number of things..
