Has anyone stopped birth control and kept acne from getting out of control?

I just found out today that my blood pressure is 160/105. My doctor told me to stop my birth control immediately. I have been on it since I was 19 years old. I am 31 now. I stopped it once before for 8 months a few years ago and broke out tremendously. All over my chest, back, and face. I know the hormones on the body are out of whack because of stopping so it makes sense. I was just wondering if anyone else has stopped the pill and has been able to stop acne from going crazy?

Exact same thing is currently happening to me. Stopped BC in May 09. Been breaking out like crazy every since. Never had this much acne in my life and nothing is working. I feel your pain and hope someone somewhere has an answer!
