I'm 16, nearly 17 years old. My first cycle was when I was eleven, and it was regular by the time I was 12 and a half or so.
Possibly Important Details: I attend a very rigorous school, so I don't always have a balanced lunch (or lunch at all), but I always have two meals a day at least and I get 5+ hours of sleep a night (not ideal, but regular at least). My campus is very large and I walk at least two miles every weekday between classes, but I don't really use my sparse free time for any more exercise. I'm not overly fond of junk food. My weight hasn't changed past the normal in the last six to eight months, but I don't know if it matters that I'm naturally very small (4'11 and 100lbs even). I am on medication- Wellbutrin SR 150 once daily.
Could there be a serious health problem? Do I need to see a professional? My last general appointment was several months ago. My father is aware of the problem, but I believe it makes him rather uncomfortable and we haven't discussed it since I informed him. I'd rather not bring it up again if I don't really have to. It makes dinners awkward when he remembers I'm a girl.
