Hcg level at 5 Means Prego?

I had a blood test done on Sat oct 17....blood results just came back and my hcg is 5. Does that mean I'm prego? Or could it mean something else? Haven't gotten my period yet and got it the middle of last month.

HCG levels are detectable at low levels as early as 7-9 days after ovulation. During the first 3-4 weeks after fertilization the HCG level doubles every two days. By the fist missed period the level will be 50-250 mIU/ml. HCG will peak at approx. 60-70 days after fertilization at 80,000-150,000 mIU/ml, then gradually decrease during the remainder of the pregnancy.

I am 7 an a half week prego, i think. i took 4 home preg. test and they said positive, i went to docs and their test said neg. I then got my blood work taken and it says my Hcg levels are at 13%...no one can give me an answer---am i prego?
