Hcg level low? Am I pregnant or miscarrying?!!!

I just went through a embryo transfer on 11/12.  It was a five day transfer.
I was in to get my Hcg levels checked on 11/22.  The level came back at 23.
On Sunday 11/20, I took a pregnancy home test and it was positive.
I am very confused and concerned.  I am not getting answers from anyone if this is normal or abnormal for this time.
  I go in on Moday for a re-check on my Hcg level.  I am praying that everything works out.
  I have had no bleeding.  Any help would be appreciated!!!

A level of 23 only 10 days after the transfer is wonderful.  You are indeed pg.  Congratulations!  

Now you need to keep getting your hcg levels checked to make sure they're rising appropriately.

I just thought that I'd let you know that I went in yesterday for a new blood Hcg level and it came back negative.  
I was pregnant but lost it early on.
It was considered a chemical pregnancy.

i had a miscarriage approx 6 weeks ago, but have still not seen a period since. I done another test which has come up positive again, have had hcg level tested and is showing as 29 what does this mean am i pregnant again or just still carrying the hormone from the miscarried pregnancy?

MY DR TOOK A BLOOD PREGNANC TEST IT CAME BACK LEVEL 7,  DOES THAT MEAN IM PREGNANT? IM NOT SUPPOSED TO START UNTIL SEPT 12TH
