Head swellings

I am suffering from a painful series of silver dollar size or larger bumps on the RIGHT side of my head.  They swell, then recede in a few days to appear elsewhere on my head or return to the same spot. The swelling is now going adjacent to my right eye....not affecting vision.
Any help would be appreciated.  My MD is stumped! Thank you!

my lord has ur dr sent you for a ct scan or MRI? this sounds dangerous to be playing with and to have ur dr stumped sounds terrible, maybe ur md needs to refer you to someone else.

I am having this too.  I haven't had them disappear and reappear, but I have a lump that is just in front of my right ear and one right at the hairline about 1/2 and inch above my ear.  These are both pretty hard and the one in front of my ear is making my cheek/jaw swell some and is tender to the touch.  I have been having headaches for three or four days and plan on going to the doctor this week.

Please let me know if you get any answers from the doc.
