Healthy, STD free and in Pain

I'm hoping I can get some help on here since visits to my Doctor have resulted in nothing. I am a perfectly healthy 23 year old, and I've tested clean for STD's during my last pap. However, I'm experiencing a burning, knife like sensation when there is any friction inside my vagina. At first I thought it might have been an allergic reaction to lube, but nothing has changed after repeatedly trying new ones, and I found that it hurts even when there is no lube. A cardboard applicator from a tampon will hurt, and during intercourse, my spouses penis feels like a knife. It has made sex impossible and it's been almost a year now. Luckily I have a supportive spouse, but I can't live like this forever. I don't feel pain when there is no friction, and everything looks and appears perfectly normal down there according to my Doctor. The pain is throughout the whole interior of my vagina; the Labia and opening of my Vagina does not hurt. If this information helps, I have been to complete a pap twice in the last couple of months, but they cannot get a reading. I'm not sure if that is relevant or not but they keep requesting me back to complete another pap every couple of months. My last successful pap deemed me as healthy and I have not participated in any risk taking sexual behaviors or changed any sexual behavior since. Please help!

Everything physically checks out according to my doctor during previous checkups. It feels like a chemical imbalance of some sort causing the internal skin to react when touched, as there are no problems with my pelvis, hips, ovaries, etc. and there are no lesions, sores, or abnormal discharge.
