Help!!
I am almost 16 years old and my belly button has been sore for a while now..I woke up this morning and there was a big red sore and it was bleeding and leaking discharge. I have never had operations, really never had any infections either besides bladder infections when i was way younger. I am a little over weight, but my belly button has never hurt me before untill i started working out...If anyone knows what this could be please contact me ASAP. (So I don't worry myself to death) Thank you :)
I have been suffering from sleep paralysis for a long time and I know that it could be a medical thing...but need reassurance. I hear these awful voices saying awful things and I just need help. I don't know what to do and I hate it.
