Help..?

It has been a week since I've had intercourse and he didn't wear a condom.. He did ejaculate but he pulled out. My friend has warned me about pre *** and all that.. I am aware that even if he pulls out I can get pregnant. I am not wanting to get pregnant and I know if I don't want to get pregnant I shouldn't have sex, and even if I do have sex we should always use a condom.. So I don't really want to hear about all of that. I am just really stressed out because I am 2 days late on my period, I know that's not much. It's just freaking me out because I'm usually not this off. I have heard that stress can make your period be late, is that true? I have had symptoms of starting my period but haven't. I have also been overly nauseous and caffeine is effecting me, I get really lightheaded and can barely stand up with out losing my balance. My lower back and my thighs and neck have been super tight over the last few days.. Are any of these symptoms of being pregnant? Or just my period? I need help..

Don't stress!!  If you feel the tightness in your back and legs and neck its a sign of stress... you usually don't feel lightheaded and off balance in pre**. If you don't get a period in the next 2 weeks do a test, I was told at the doctors that a $1 test works just as well as a $10 one.... One of the first signs of pre** is NOT nausea, its usually tender breasts/nipples and tiredness. If this helps you out any and cheers you up!  Nausea doesn't usually show up til the 2 month mark, so that's why I think that its stress you're feeling and it will go away! Good Luck, and please post back whether you get your period or not, so we can celebrate with you!!! BTW--I can tell you the symptoms of pre** cause I have 3 children, help pre** teens, and have sisters who have kids, just in case you were wondering where I am getting my info!

It  may be that you are stressing because of the pre*** All I can say is that sometimes menstrual symptoms are almost the same as the pregnancy one. Just relax and wait. If in a week counting the two days you don't get your period take a test. And if it comes out negative go to a gynecologist
