Help In-Vitro fertilization

When or Should I have symptons of pregnancy after having IVF? Is having a very light reading of hcg on a home pregnancy test a good sign or not?

I agree taht a line is a line is a line. Call the Doc that did the procedure and tell them you have a faint positive and would like to verify in the office. Thye may do a urine and blood test. The urine test would verify immediately, and then when the blood test results came in, it would just make it even more CONCRETE.
But it sure sounds like you ARE pregnant to me. Now you get to wonder HOW MANY took??
Best wishes and please keep us posted! And hopefully it's safe to say.. Conratulations!

i agree that you prob are if you got a positive test. i would wait 48 hrs and take a second test using first morning urine. it contains more concentrated levels of hcg. What did the fertility dr say abt testing, and when. When we did IUI they called me in for blood work to look at my levels. I hope it is positive for you. If you want to know right away, go get a blood draw at the dr office. they can call you back sometimes same day to give you the results. Good luck, and let us know what happens.
