Help! Small itchy bumps doctor could not help :(

I have very small itchy bumps near the opening of my vigina. They do not look like blisters or have white heads.. I started off with having 2 and went to plan parenthood to get them checked out, to see if the bumps could possibly be  herpes.  The doctor there said they did not look like herpes just earrited normal bumps... I now have more about 3weeks after my doctors visit the original 2 are staring to go away... Is this herpes?? I am very worried! I am in a committed relationship and we both were checked for stds before dating each other, so he says he was. I trust him.. We have been together for 6 months if this is herpes shouldn't it appeared before now?  I also have an itchy bum :/ my mom gets hemorrhoids  could these bumps be hemorrhoids? The bumps are around my  tho... Or could the itchy bum be from herpes? No bumps on my bum.. Please help! Thank you

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These look like small irritated hair follicles rather than herpes sores which appear as painful blisters which open up and scab over. You should wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
